(KMCY) Should be sent back for regrade with variety. Even at a low MS FS-1308 is worth double a normal 1867 shield. Only 4 ever attributed at PCGS and 2 at NGC. Only example ever in MS. A very light cleaning on the reverse that’s tough to spot.
